It was a member of the terrorist group ISIS, according to Russian news agency Sputnik. In addition, it has been reported that the arrested terrorist was designated by ISIS as a suicide bomber in Turkey.

 

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) identified and apprehended this terrorist. This terrorist is from the Central Asian region. India has designated ISIS and all of its affiliated organisations as terrorist organisations under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) of 1967.
