If Muslims can worship idols then only they should come to Garba: MP minister Usha Thakur

In the Shivraj Singh Chouhan government of Madhya Pradesh, politics has started on the statement made by Culture Minister Usha Thakur about Garbe. Usha Thakur has said that if Muslims can worship idols and the Quran allows them to do so, they can attend Garba. Let us inform that Usha Thakur had issued a warning in view of the claim of increasing incidents of love jihad in the state.
He said that those attending the Garba would have to carry identity proof to enter the Garba venues. Talking to the media, the Culture Minister of Madhya Pradesh has said that we are urging all the district magistrates that whoever comes to the Garba pandal, bring their identity card with them. No one should enter the Garba Pandal by hiding his identity.
On the other hand, about the Muslims going to Garba, the Culture Minister said, “If they have faith in idol worship, and the Quran allows it, then they are welcome but did not come for entertainment. He can come with his wife, children with faith.” Garba is a traditional dance performed during the nine-day Hindu festival of Navratri.
Earlier, Usha Thakur had said that people in general and all affiliated organizations are well aware that Garba Pandal has become a major means of love jihad. Keeping this in view, we want to ensure that no one enters the Garba Pandal by hiding his identity. This is an advice as well as a warning.
Congress attacks BJP:
Congress has attacked BJP on this statement of Usha Thakur. The Congress has said that due to such irresponsible acts of BJP leaders, the law and order situation in the state has deteriorated. BJP leaders are not concerned with the security of Garba pandal, they are only creating such an environment to bake political rotis. BJP leaders are doing this to divide the society. This is completely condemnable.
