Zelensky Admits Ineffective War Decisions: "You Can't Turn Back Time"

In a candid moment of reflection, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky admitted that some of his strategic decisions during the ongoing war with Russia were "ineffective". This acknowledgment was made in a statement where he expressed regret over how certain situations were managed but also highlighted the irreversible nature of past choices. "Some of the decisions I made were ineffective. I recognize that they could have been handled differently. However, you can't turn back time," Zelensky stated, offering a rare glimpse into the leadership challenges he faces as the conflict with Russia continues into its third year.

Although Zelensky did not specify which decisions he considered missteps, several points of contention have emerged throughout the war.
