In these dire times of pandemic, Jacqueline Fernandez stepped out and did her bit by providing food for needy.
Diva visited a Roti bank, an NGO that provides food to those in need, in Mumbai. The actress prepared meals and distributed them to people. She took to her social media profile and shared pictures of her visit and quoted Mother Teresa.
The note read, “Mother Teresa once said, "Peace begins when the hungry are fed"...I was truly humbled and inspired to visit Mumbai @rotibankfdn today, which is run by former Mumbai police commissioner Mr. D Sivanandan. Roti Bank has prepared and distributed meals to millions of hungry people till date, even during the pandemic. Meanwhile on the work front, Jacqueline recently made headlines for her new song, Dil De Diya in forthcoming action thriller Radhe, with Salman Khan.
She also has Bachchan Pandey with Akshay Kumar in her kitty. The comic caper is helmed by Farhad Samji. She has another film, Ram Setu, with Akshay in the pipeline.
Jacqueline is currently awaiting the release of horror-comedy Bhoot Police, which also stars Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor and Yami Gautam.
