RRR director SS Rajamouli is preparing to cast a Marvel star in his upcoming pan-Indian project with Tollywood star Mahesh Babu. The untitled picture, which is considered to be the actor's most ambitious endeavour to date, will allegedly begin production in 2023.

The film will reportedly include a prolonged cameo by a Hollywood star, and Chris Hemsworth, who is best known for his role as Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the Avengers franchise, is being considered for the job. Reports claiming the same began to circulate after SS Rajamouli recently signed with the top Hollywood talent agency CAA (Creative Artists Agency).
