The film starring Ram Charan and Jr. NTR has now received the Best International Film award at the 50th Saturn Awards. SS Rajamouli's directorial debut, 'RRR,' was nominated for Best International Film, Best Action Adventure, and Best Director.

Although SS Rajamouli was not physically present to accept the prize, his video message was presented in which he expressed gratitude for the honor.

"I am overjoyed that our picture RRR has received the Saturn Award for Best International Film." On behalf of our entire team, I thank the jury. We're overjoyed. This is my second Saturn Award as well. I got the first one for Baahubali: The Conclusion. I wish I could be there in person, but owing to prior commitments relating to RRR marketing in Japan, I am unable to attend. I'd like to congratulate all of the other prize winners. I hope you're having a good time. "Have fun, namaste," stated the filmmaker in a video.

'RRR' was up against 'Death on the Nile,' 'F9: The Fast Saga,' 'No Time to Die,' 'Top Gun: Maverick,' and 'West Side Story' in the Best Action Adventure category. 'RRR' competed in the Best International Film category against films such as 'Downton Abbey: A New Era,' 'Eiffel, I'm Your Man,' 'Riders of Justice,' and 'Silent Night.'
