CBSE Class 10th & 12th Board Exams To Be Held From May 4 to June 1

 CBSE board exam dates are finally given after its uncertainty to be held during these COVID times.

Due to the worldwide pandemic, the board exams of class 10th and 12th has been postponed, but now CBSE has declared the dates for the examination. The exams will begin on May 4 as announced on Tuesday. The class 12th exams will be held in two shifts, from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm and 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

11 subject examinations would be conducted for the 12th, to be done in two shifts. The staff employed in the first shift will not be on duty in the second shift. Last year, the schedule spanned 45 days, whereas this time it spans 39 days.

13.5 lakh students have registered for class 12th examinations, which was 12 lakh. For the examinations of class 10th, 75 subjects will be held for a total of 20.5 students compared to 18 lakh of last year.

For maintaining the safety protocols, the date sheet has been arranged in such a way that the crowd is not huge. For the current batch, the syllabus was also reduced by 30% and changes were made in the paper pattern.
