Bihar Government To Concentrate On The Implementation Of ' Saat Nischay - Part 2 '
This year the Bihar government is planning to focus on the 'Saat Nischay - Part 2 ' programme -Says Nitish Kumar.

On 24thJanuary , 2021, Nitish Kumar (The Chief Minister of Bihar ) said that the Bihar government is mainly planning to focus on implementing the formulated schemes under ' Saat Nischay -2 ' programme this year.
The ' Saat Nischay -2 'programme of Rs 2.5 lakh crore was announced before the 2015 assembly elections which was fought against the BJP Government . The same year Mahagathbandan took place making an easy win for the congress and its allies.
On 11th October , 2020 , Nitish Kumar posted a tweet regarding the schemes 'Saat Nischay Part-2' some of them which were generally focused on the students , women empowerment , electricity , farmers , sanitations , road connectivity , jobs. These schemes were for the development and self-reliance of the state for future years.
On January 24 , Nitish Kumar told the reporters that , " All the preparations about the budget is to be presented in the budget session. The date has also been decided by the cabinet". He also added that , They'll be presenting a supplementary budget this year . Their foremost aim is to complete the pending work and to cover the formulated scheme in 'Saat Nischay Part-2'.
Furthermore , He said " They'll also look after the pending work of Saat Nischay Part-1, schemes like 'Har Ghar Nal Ka Jal' and ' Jal Jeevan Hariyali ' and soon will be accomplished. The main motive of the budget will only be development ".
